CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy

• If the photo frame has not been designed, we offer 90% refund on cancellation
• No refund or cancellation after the photo frame has been designed and printed
• Bookings made for 13th and 14 February cannot be cancelled as these are Valentine’s Special Packages

Reschedule policy

• If the photo frame has not been designed, we offer rescheduling at Zero fee
• Rescheduling of the frame and add on after the photo frame has been designed and printed
• Bookings made for 13th and 14 February cannot be rescheduled as these are Valentine’s Special Packages Other info
• You cannot cancel the cake and bouquet on the same day of your experience
• In case you wish to officially reschedule or cancel your booking, send an email as follows: For cancellation – "I wish to cancel my gift, please initiate the cancellation process"
For rescheduling – "Kindly reschedule my booking to XX.YY.ZZ date or to a later date"
• If you have a complaint, give notice to Born To Party within 2 days of the product delivery
